Who are the clients I work with?

The clients I work with are singles and couples. People looking forward to being with a partner. People just out of a relationship. People in relationship of thirty years, or newly-partnered (boyfriend and girlfriend) or newlyweds and anyone in between looking to:

  • Connect or re-connect genuinely, and communicate confidently your desires and fears
  • Authentically show up without tension, anxiety and stress to give or receive with an open heart
  • Release any past trauma, pain and guilt with regard to intimacy (into-me-see) with self and loved ones.

In doing so you are seeking help, support, and guidance to get the healthy and vibrant intimacy you need and desire to live fully, love deeply and laugh often in a playful loving way!

I love creating an empowerment client journey for women, men, and couples . Also known as, beings of feminine and masculine form, single/solo persons, couples/pairs, and small groups.

People of all orientations and backgrounds, gender identity, lifestyles, and those free of labels. In my eyes you are beautiful beings. Welcome and be celebrated!

Where are you located?

In-person coaching at my Toronto West studio 

On-Line coaching by telephone and video conference platform (Zoom).

Travelling to you is a possibility and is an additional fee.

What does a session look like?

The intimacy coaching sessions draw upon and integrate the best aspects of the new age science and ancient methodologies of learning, reading matererial, exercises and practices with the following components:

What is Tantra?

Tantra (/ˈtʌntrə, ˈtæn-/; Sanskrit: तन्त्र, literally “loom, weave, integration system”) denotes the esoteric traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism. This also includes global practices from ancient chinese, native indian, egyptian and other ancient civilizations that work with the simplicity of balance. To balance your body, mind, heart and energy. To weave with mindful awareness with visual meditations (yantras), frequency of sound meditations (mantras), energy and body meditations and practices with powerful presence. To nourish and cultivate confidence, compassion, and connection within yourself.

Learn and get to know what it takes to hold sacred space(safety), activate healing, wonder, curiosity, and playfulness.

HOW is Tantra learned?

Tantra is learned through lecture, readings, exercises, journaling, and practices> Reflective observations and insight shared to shift the evolution of you. Taught at your comfort and pace and is applied to your everyday life. In a clothes-on learning environment.

Available in a group program setting and as a private personal program.

HOW do you support my learning?

Your experiential learning is supported in between session via email and telephone from Mon-Fri 10am -6pm. Your learning is supported with further expansion on content, listening to your observations and insights to give you guidance.

WHEN are Tantra group and private program scheduled?

Private programs are scheduled and set in motion by mutually agreed upon time frame and dates that best work for everyone. Book your free consultation session.

Group programs are regularly scheduled quarterly.

Masterclasses are open to everyone. Everyone includes beings of feminine and masculine form, single/solo persons, couples/pairs, and group of friends.  Those who are looking forward to being with a partner, those in relationships of twenty + years; those newly-partnered or newlyweds and anyone in between.

Masterclasses can also be for specific groups of people. Examples; for couples, or for single people, or for women or for men. Otherwise, as mentioned above the workshops are always for everyone.

Everyone denotes people of all orientations and backgrounds, gender identity, lifestyles, and those free of labels. I call, beautiful beings of curiosity and wonder to learn, explore, expand and live life in techni-colour, surround sound and tactile textures.

Workshops are open to everyone. Everyone includes beings of feminine and masculine form, single/solo persons, couples/pairs, and group of friends.

Those that are single or recently single. Those who are looking forward to being with a partner. Those in relationships of twenty + years. Those newly-partnered or newlyweds and anyone in between.

People of all orientations and backgrounds, gender identity, lifestyles, and those free of labels. I call, shiny, beautiful beings of curiosity and wonder, are invited and welcome.

WHEN are the masterclasses?

Typically weeknight evenings from 7:30pm -9:00pm/9:30pm
Irregularly on weekends from 1:00pm – 2:30pm/3:00pm

WHAT is the masterclass format?

Your learning format is a combination of modern science and ancient wisdom served in a lecture, demonstration and hands-on exercises that can be applied in your everyday life. 

Its a clothes-on environment. The learnings may be shared through scientific theory, anatomy, ancient wisdom of Daoist(Taoist) and Tantra (Hindu and Tibetan), skills, techniques, tips, and video clips.

Optional guided practices; individually, partnered and group. Please Note: The guided practices can also be modified to work with your comfort level and pace. Along with self-inquiry, self-reflection, questions and answer exchange, reference material, handouts and optionally suggested homewok assignments.

HOW does a masterclass work?

The workshops are led within your boundaries of consent and comfort levels with respect, honour and trust with YOURSELF first and reciprocally with fellow attendees.

You may engage at whatever level you see or feel yourself called to. You may be given modification to an exercise and practice in the workshop to respectfully work within your comfort level and pace.

You may also choose not to engage in the solo and or partnered or group exercises/practices which means you then take on the role of “observer”. The role of “observer” is considered participation and a different form of learning.
