The intention of a S.A.R. is to shake your tree by inviting you to brush up against your comfort zones. Reassess your values and attitudes towards our human sexual range of expression, behaviours, and journeys. To help you open your range of personal awareness, compassion and consciousness by finding something within you to relate heart to heart. To help you know how to best support fellow human beings and create a safe space for their care and facilitation. To help you become the best professional in your field.

Your invitation during a S.A.R. is to be curious with full presence. To discover and explore what arises within you as you witness challenges, concerns, curiosities, issues, lifestyles, transformations, dark and light odysseys, etc.

Presented through LIVE personal stories, video presentations, demonstrations, interactive exercises, and a questions & answer period with panel guests, where applicable.
