A first call of 30 minute session to clarify your goals and priorities so we have a clear direction and what is needed to best support you.
Coaching
Laser Focus 15-minute coaching calls TWICE a week with me for 4 months so you can have time to process and implement homework.
Homework
Mutually agreed upon homework on each call. This is “doable” homework, so you stay accountable and the momentum forward keeps you on track.
Recordings
You will receive all your recordings to review at your pace and comfort. Along with notes, homework, and link to schedule your next session, once the homework is complete.
Support
In between sessions you will have email access during the 4 months if you have questions or need help with homework.

Is the coaching with you? Yes. All the coaching for this program will be with me directly. I love rolling up my sleeves and guiding and working with my clients.
What can we work on together? I have been helping clients build sexual confiden in and out of the bedroom. Helping people from all walks and stages of life live authentically and have the vibrant and healthy intimacy they desire for 15 years, so I have experience in a number of areas including:

- Tantra intimacy skills with yourself and partner for an authentic connection.

What if I am not ready to start? That’s okay, you can sign up now and keep the coaching in your back pocket for when you’re ready (we start the 4-month clock when you have your first call). Although it is likely you are more ready than you think – you just need some coaching on what to do first.
How long are the calls? Your first call is 30 minutes and each call thereafter is 15 minutes.
Is 15 minutes really enough for a coaching session? Absolutely. I am a very focused person and will help you stay on track. You will be amazed at how much we accomplish during our calls!
How can I keep track of my progress? You will get all your call recordings, notes, homework, and a link to schedule your next session once the homework is complete.
Is the homework super hard? Not at all. In fact, we will agree on the homework together.
What if I get stuck with the homework? Do not worry. You will also get access to me by email during the 2 months if you have questions or need help with your homework.
