Laser Focus 45-minute coaching calls EVERY OTHER WEEK with moi for 3 months. So, you can have time to process, integrate, and implement homework.

Mutually agreed upon homework on each call. This is “doable” homework, so you stay accountable and the momentum forward keeps you on track.

Recordings

You are welcome to record our calls to review at your pace and comfort. Along with notes, homework, and link to schedule your next session, with homework completion.

Is the coaching with you? Yes. All the coaching for this program will be with me directly. I love rolling up my sleeves and guiding and working with my clients.

What can we work on together? I have been helping clients build sexual confiden in and out of the bedroom. Helping people from all walks and stages of life live authentically and have the vibrant and healthy intimacy they desire for 15 years, so I have experience in a number of areas including:

Helping newly single people coming out of a long term relationship or an unhealthy relationship get back on their feet and take back their power.

Tantra intimacy skills with yourself and partner for an authentic connection.
Compassionate communication skills of a verbal and non-verbal nature.
Sexual wellness, care and maintenance for a variety of concerns: e.d., p.e., post baby, menstrual cycle, sexual trauma, etc.
Massage skills that encompass grounding, healing, nurturing, and creative energy for projects, art, work and to create life.

Is there a guarantee? Yes, if on our first 45 minute call either of us thinks it is not a good fit, you will get a full refund.

What if I am not ready to start? That’s okay, you can sign up now and keep the coaching in your back pocket for when you’re ready (we start the 3-month clock when you have your first call). Although it is likely you are more ready than you think – you just need some coaching on what to do first.

How long are the calls? 45 minutes.

Is 45 minutes really enough for a coaching session? Absolutely. I am a very focused person and will help you stay on track. You will be amazed at how much we accomplish during our calls!

How can I keep track of my progress? You will get all your call recordings, notes, homework, and a link to schedule your next session once the homework is complete.

Is the homework super hard? Not at all. In fact, we will agree on the homework together.

What if I get stuck with the homework? Do not worry. You will also get access to me by email during the 3 months if you have questions or need help with your homework.

What’s the investment? It’s just $1300 tax inlclusive for the full 3 months (that’s an 60% saving of what my private clients usually invest)
