My coaching is for individuals and couples who want to live and express a passionate life of authentic connection, love, and joy. This includes singles, people in relationships, creatives in the film/TV industry, and professionals who want to help others.

I provide a supportive environment for your learning, healing, and growing. In between sessions, you will have access to guidance and support via email and telephone from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This ongoing support helps you integrate new insights and practices into your daily life.

Sessions are a dynamic blend of modern science and ancient wisdom. We will use a variety of practices, including open dialogue, boundary setting, and exercises from fields like NLP, somatic therapy, and ancient traditions such as Tantra and Daoism and even Kink realms for those of interest. My intention is to create a safe space for you to heal, learn, and grow.

I offer in-person (Toronto West) and on-line coaching sessions. Please inquire about an additional fee for in-person travel.

A 20-minute Clarity Call is a complimentary call where you can share your story, challenges, concerns, and curiosities. I listen with an open heart and offer immediate recommendations to support you, giving you a clear picture of what working together looks like.

This is a 5-hour, 1:1 coaching and somatic day designed to help you tackle a specific challenge, concern, or curiosity.  It includes guided practices, homework, and support to create a long-term strategy for success.
